Is my therapy confidential?

Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential. We adhere to strict privacy laws and ethical guidelines to ensure that your personal information and discussions remain private, except in rare cases where disclosure is required by law.

How much do sessions cost?

Session costs vary depending on insurance coverage. For self-pay clients, the initial assessment is $190 and the following sessions are $160.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept insurance from several providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, and more. Check out our full list of accepted insurance providers.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

How long does each therapy session last?

Each therapy session typically lasts 45-50 minutes. 

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes, you can request a specific therapist if you have a preference. We do our best to match our clients with a therapist best suited to their needs.


What is your approach to therapy?

Our therapists utilize a variety of evidence based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution Focused Therapy. We also offer music therapy through the Safe and Sound Protocol.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, we offer telehealth sessions for clients who prefer or require remote services. Online therapy can be an effective and convenient option for receiving mental health support. Coverage varies by insurance provider.
