Alex has experience working with individuals navigating trauma, particularly survivors of domestic violence. In her current advocacy roles, she provides emotional support, crisis intervention, and guidance through complex systems, while helping clients develop safety plans and connect with community resources. She also has prior experience as a Mental Health Professional, where she supported clients through psychoeducation, symptom management, and therapeutic engagement.

Alex takes a person-centered and empathetic approach, striving to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. She values meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.
