Q: Is my therapy confidential?

A: Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential. We adhere to strict privacy laws and ethical guidelines to ensure that your personal information and discussions remain private, except in rare cases where disclosure is required by law.

Q: How much do sessions cost?

A: Out-out-pocket costs vary depending on insurance coverage. We will work with you and your insurance to get you this information prior to starting services.

 

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Yes, we accept insurance from several providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, and more. Check our list of accepted insurance providers

 

Q: Do you accept self-pay clients?

A: Yes, we accept self-pay clients. Contact us for financial information.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A: We understand that schedules can change. Please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Contacting the main line does not guarantee that your therapist will receive the message prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

Q: How long does each therapy session last?

A: Each therapy session typically lasts between 45-50 minutes. 

Q: Can I choose my therapist?

A: Yes, you can request a specific therapist if you have a preference. While they may not always have openings available, we do our best to accommodate requests.

 

Q: What is your approach to therapy?

A: Our therapists utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and more.

 

Q: Do you offer online therapy?

A: Yes, telehealth sessions are available. It is important to check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage.

 

Q: What if I have an emergency?

A: If you have an emergency, we encourage you to call 988, 911, or go to your local emergency room.

Q: What if I need my therapist to fill out forms for work, SSDI, etc?

A: Requests must be submitted in writing. Please allow 7-14 business days for paperwork to be processed and sent to the appropriate recipient.
