Mental Health Therapist

Relevé Counseling seeks a therapist to join our growing team. We provide individual, family, and couples therapy. The position primarily requires seeing clients in-person and some telehealth. You won’t work alone either. Our team regularly staffs cases to ensure all clients receive the best, individualized care. The ideal candidate has experience with or is willing to learn the following treatment modalities: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of at least 20 clients per week.

• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews/updates in a timely manner on the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Provide therapy/counseling sessions to assigned clients weekly, or as often as medically necessary.

• Complete and sign case notes in EHR weekly.

• Perform case management duties for clients assigned to caseload (schedule sessions, maintain communication with clients, communicate with third parties as needed, maintain/update forms in EHR).

• Maintain confidentiality as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• Attend scheduled team meetings.

• Attend scheduled meetings with clinical supervisor.

• Maintain up to date liability insurance.

• Maintain required CEUs for licensure.
